It has been a whirlwind of activity for our two PMHA teams as they ready for their
season openers. The ‘Female Team’ open their third season at our ‘Black Jack
Stewart’ Arena with a full slate of games over the upcoming ‘ CSSHL SHOWCASE’
weekend, Sept 27-29…!
Our Buffaloes kick off the tournament with a game on Friday night Sept 27 at 6pm
vs OHA…! They also have games on Sat Sept 28 at 10:30am VS Delta; & 6pm vs
RHA; with their last game on Sunday Sept 29 at 10:30am vs CDA… all games on
ASTV ( Amateur Sports TV)
The arena is kept busy that entire weekend with all of the other teams visiting
Pilot Mound playing against one another… check out our ‘brand new’ website for

THE ‘MALE TEAM’, in their 5 th season, are headed to the Minneapolis area for 4
games Sept 19-22 in the NAHL PREP division. This is always a tough test for our
newly formed male team as these PREP division teams are stacked and have been
going for a while now! All the results in the next edition.
The Female Buffaloes also played a Showcase tournament over this past weekend
in Portage la Prairie. We’ll have results in the next edition as well…!
The Male Buffs’ played their 1 st games of the season, a Saturday doubleheader
exhibition set on Sept 14 with the Winnipeg High School ‘Elite’ team and showed
quite well and improving by the period, although losing both: 4-3 & 3-0!
