Pilot Mound Hockey Academy is pleased to announce that Male U17 Prep student-athlete, Kyle Beilman, has committed to the Winnipeg Blues (MJHL) in Winnipeg, MB for the 2024-25 season.
Comments from PMHA Male U17 Prep Head Coach, Rick McConnell:
“Kyle came to PMHA looking for an opportunity to develop and a chance to battle for the number one spot. His attitude and work ethic helped him really develop and advance his game. Kyle took full advantage of everything the academy had to offer both on and off the ice. I feel Kyle is ready to be a solid Junior goaltender. Best of luck, Beils!”
Comments from PMHA Goaltending Coach, Gordie Tumilson:
“Kyle is a hard-working, intelligent, tough, thick-skinned young man with a nose for the puck and just enough self-confidence to turn this exceptional Blues opportunity into something great. We of course are sorry to lose him but he’s getting the early opportunity we are here to help provide – and that is to get our players to the next level and beyond.”
Kyle played in 1736 minutes in the Black and Yellow uniform, finishing the season with a Save Percentage of 0.922 and a Goals Against Average of 3.49. Congratulations Kyle, and best of luck next season!
