FEMALE ADVANCEMENT – CARYS WYTINCK

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy is proud to announce that second year female student-athlete, Carys Wytinck, has committed to the Indiana Tech Warriors (ACHA – D1) in Fort Wayne, Indiana starting in the 2024-25 season.

A message from PMHA’s Female U18 Prep Head Coach, Ryan Carels:

“Carys is an amazing student athlete, community member, leader, and all round great person.  She leads by example wherever the team needs her, and continues to be “all in” everyday for the PMHA program.  Moving around this year from forward to defence was no problem for this strong minded lady. Carys is an elite skater that likes to push the pace of the game. Her forechecking and back checking are relentless.  She’s a 200 ft player that plays in all situations of the game.  Your future is bright Carys, we all want to congratulate you on committing to Indiana Tech. Best of luck”

Carys played in 93 games as a Buffalo, scoring 7 goals and totalling 17 points.  She also took 30 penalty minutes across two seasons.

Congratulations Carys, and best of luck next season!
